Norton Way has been recognised for its business and fleet services by the prestigious ExpertEye Awards, winning the Best Fleet Dealer Group (Sales) 2017.
ExpertEye is a highly regarded industry organisation which measures the way motor groups provide their services to customers in fleet, business and other automotive sectors. Receiving an ExpertEye accolade is therefore an important achievement and we are honoured to have been recognised by our customers who drive company cars.
By completing ExpertEye’s driver satisfaction survey called Touchpoint, customers can give feedback on the various aspects of a motor group’s fleet services. Customers are asked questions on the fleet’s delivery, servicing, tyre replacement, vehicle breakdown and other areas, and this data is then compiled to measure which motor group has the most positive feedback. This data is vital to us as a business, as it helps us improve our services and ensure that our customers are getting the best.
Norton Way’s Corporate Team is dedicated to helping business customers throughout the sales process and continued service, and we are therefore delighted to have received such recognition.
